Services
Customs
Formalities
Prior to the shipment of goods RESA advises the exhibitors on the customs regulations and the required documents to carry out the customs formalities.
Upon arrival of the samples to destination, RESA organizes the Customs Clearance through a control register by exhibition, carrying out the temporary or definitive customs clearance.
International Transport by Sea, Air and Land
RESA organizes through its agents the transport of goods so that the collection at the customer’s house, transit, arrival at port / airport, customs clearance, shipment to warehouse and final delivery to the exhibitors stand, is carried out in a continuous and coordinated way, so that the customer does not have to worry about the shipment, from the moment of collection up to delivery to the stand.
Inter-Warehousing of goods before the Event
RESA has designated warehouses to ensure that the collection of the customers goods occurs right upon arrival at port / airport and thus avoiding port charges. The goods will be in storage waiting to be delivered to the customers stand on the requested day and time.
Handling at
Venue
Through our mechanical means of cranes, trucks and pallets we carry out the loading and unloading of trucks, storage of empty packaging and handling of the goods inside the enclosure.
Other

- Rental of mechanical equipment, trucks, forklifts and pallet transpallets.
- Bagging of badges and ID Tags.
- Traffic Marshalling of any kind of industrial vehicles at the venue.
